Simply put, a Request for Proposal (RFP) is an electronic inquiry that can be submitted to one or multiple properties to request pricing for a meeting, event or group. The process is straightforward: Go to our site search, enter your criteria (such as destination, dates, group or event size) and click “Find” to see properties. Choose your properties, create and fill out the Request for Proposal (RFP) form and click “Submit” to send your information. After submission, you will receive a response to further plan your event.
